Even though Rocio Durcal has not been with us for the last two or three years, I still can't believe that we will never be able to hear her beautiful voice live. I constantly kick myself for not taking advantage of going to see her perform live.

The reason for choosing "Amor Eterno" is because it is so popular at parties and other events, for the Mariachero/a. I don't I have ever been at a gig where someone has not asked for "Amor Eterno." So, for everyone that is trying to find the music, or a version of this song, here it is.

I decided to present Rocio Durcal's rendition of "Tarde" as the first tran

scribed piece of music for this blog. I have always enjoyed this piece, and hope that others enjoy it as well.

I have one caveat: although this is a transcribed version of the song, I slightly modified the violin parts for it, not rhythmically, but in chord structure--I just added more depth.
